Ia is the audit manager of “Management Consulting Group” LLC. She has more than 10 years of experience in auditing and consulting services as well as in public sector.

From 2013 to 2016, Ia worked as an accountant at “Financial Consulting Center” LLC. She was involved in the preparation of financial statements and tax declarations.

From 2016 to February 2019, Ia worked as a senior internal auditor at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. She was in charge of various audit projects, – monitoring legal entities of public law, giving them the appropriate recommendations in terms of compliance with the correspondent law.

From 2019 to 2022, Ia worked at “Nexia TA”, where, at the initial stage, she held the position of auditor’s assistant, and then the senior auditor. Ia led various audit projects, which involved working both with team members to explain the methods required to perform the work assigned to them, as well as interacting with company’s clients to make appropriate recommendations and discuss problematic issues with them.

Ia graduated from Tbilisi State University, becoming Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Later, she got Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Tbilisi State University as well.

Ia is a member of the ACCA. She is fluent in Georgian and English.

In the “Management Consulting Group”, Ia is responsible for the supervision of the financial audit process, as well as monitoring the quality control procedures implemented by the client company.
