The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is an international financial institution that aims to provide financial assistance to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and CIS to develop economy.
Our cooperation is part of the “Advice for Small Businesses” project in Georgia, which is a joint initiative of the European Union and the EBRD and aims to promote small and medium businesses in Georgia.
The cooperation started in September 2020, which envisages the involvement of the LLC Management Consulting Group in the project in the areas of strategy (development of governance structure, introduction and maintenance of financial accounting and reporting system, introduction of management accounting / increase efficiency).
