Tamar Mermanishvili is a managing partner of “ Management Consulting Group” LLC. Tamar has more than 12 years of working experience in the private sector in auditing, assurance engagements, consulting and accounting in different industries such as manufacturing, retail and wholesale market, energy, construction, healthcare, education and etc. She also has working experience in real estate valuation.

During years 2011-2017, Tamar served as audit and consulting manager at audit firm “Financial Management Group” LLC, she was actively involved in tax, consulting and accounting services of companies operating in different industries.

Until 2011, she served as tax consultant in distributor company. She also held the position of Chief Acccountant in construction and publishing companies.

Tamar is qualified member of Georgian Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors. She is also a certified public sector auditor of State Audit Office and licensed auditor of state register of auditors by Service for Accounting, Reporting, and Auditing Supervision. From 2017, she is a certified real estate appraiser. She is qualified member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants “ACCA”.

Tamar holds BBA in accounting, control and audit from Tbilisi State University. She is proficient in Georgian and Russian.

She serves as an audit director. She is responsible for managing and supervising full financial audit cycle both on project and firm level.
