A financial statement audit provides assurance that the management has presented a “true and fair“ view of a company’s financial performance and position and is used by stakeholders of the Company in making economic decisions.
At the same time, auditors are engaged in helping the company to constantly improve the quality of bookkeeping and financial statements. In addition, the Law of Georgia on Accounting, Reporting and Audit defines the criterias based on which companies are divided into categories. The law requires that the first and the second category companies have their annual financial statements audited.
We conduct an independent audit, which we carry out in accordance with International Standards of Auditing and in compliance with the legislation of Georgia.
We give a reliable assurance that the financial statements audited by us give a true and fair view of the company’s results.
